Beef Goulash

Ingredients

  • 3 lb beef steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cut meat into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Pour oil into dutch oven.
  3. Heat dutch oven to 325 degrees for Frying.
  4. Brown beef in oil.
  5. Add salt and soup.
  6. Cover, reduce heat to 225 degrees, and Simmer 1 hour.
  7. Serve over noodles.
