Grilled Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (16 oz) frozen O'Brien potatoes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeƱo peppers (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat gas or charcoal grill.
  2. Cut six 8-inch squares from heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Divide potatoes onto the foil squares.
  5. Drizzle each with oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  6. Close foil around potatoes.
  7. Place on grill 4-5 inches from medium heat.
  8. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning once.
  9. Carefully open foil packets and sprinkle each with cheese and peppers.
  10. Re-close foil packets loosely.
  11. Place on grill for 2 minutes.
  12. Remove and serve.
