Ingredients

  • 2 lb Kielbasa or smoked sausage
  • 2 onions
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 medium can pineapple chunks
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut sausage in 1-inch chunks.
  2. Cut onions and peppers into 3/4-inch strips.
  3. Pour oil into dutch oven and heat to 375 degrees for Frying.
  4. Saute onions and peppers until onions are clear.
  5. Add sausage to saute.
  6. Pour in pineapple, including juice.
  7. Stew for 35 min at 350 degrees.
