Campfire Chicken

  • Split chicken breast
  • Red potatoes (cut in half)
  • Carrots (cut in half)
  • Onion (cut in half)
  • Plum tomato (cut in half)
  • Italian Dressing or other seasonings


  1. Place the above ingredients into aluminum foil sheets, make into pocket.
  2. You can add some seasonings (I use some Italian salad dressing).
  3. Bake in the oven or over a campfire for about an hour.
  4. If over the fire, turn frequently.
  5. You can also add a small piece of corn on the cob.
