Fish in Foil

  • Any kind of fish that you catch and are willing to eat cut into fillets (you could use trout, salmon, fluke, flounder and red snapper).


  1. Set fillets in heavy duty foil which can be wrapped up.
  2. Add tablespoon of butter or olive oil, couple of tablespoons of white wine (optional), add juice from half a lemon, and seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, and others such as dill, or oregano, basil, red pepper, etc.).
  3. Wrap completely closed in the foil and cook over hot coals or in oven for about 15-30 minutes.


You could also added shrimp and scallops, or add onions, garlic, sliced vegetables, etc.
